Milling:This department is equipped with machining centers up to 6 axes, but also some traditional milling machines for easier production.
Fitting:This step is essential to finish the pieces before heat treatment. For this operations the experience of the operator is essential.
Treatments:To offer our customers a complete service, we have a department dedicated to the thermal treatment for case and hardening, which has ovens, refrigerators, sanding machines, traditional and hydraulic presses for straightening.
Grinding:This step is what distinguishes our company. We can guarantee a geometrical and form precision up to 0.002 mm.
Quality Control Lab:To guarantee the conformity of the products we check the parts with certified measuring tools.
Balancing:A CNC Balancing machine is used to remove any imbalance of rotating masses.
