Our production specializes in a wide range
of spindle types and configurations, compatible with
ISO (40, 45, 50, 60, and Big Plus), HSK (40, 50, 63, 80, 100, 125, 160),
ASA, and metric connections.
We manufacture splined shafts with UNI and DIN 5480 profiles
through milling and grinding, with the capability
to customize fitment to the drive hub
while maintaining customer-specified tolerances.
We produce machine tool sleeves, ensuring
strict geometric tolerances and exceptional quality,
even on components with chrome plating.

Our turning department has several CNC
Turning machines with 2 and 4 axes, we have both
multitasking and traditional solutions such as Mazak i-300,
Mazak i-350 and Daewoo LU-15. We can guarantee
high precision on cylindrical and complex geometries.
Our milling department guarantees flexibility and precision
on complex products, thanks to our Milling Centers
CB Ferrari GT2000 (5 axes) and CB Ferrari S620 (6 axes).
We perform internally heat treatments such as Quenching,
Case hardening and Tempering, to optimize and
ensure direct control over our production process.
When required, we can shrink a specific rotor
over the spindle: we ensure safe and secure coupling
while respecting precise geometric tolerances.
Our competitive advantage is the ability to
reach precision of up to 0,001mm
thanks to our griding capabilities.
Grinding allows us to meet our client needs
smallest possible detail.
To ensure and prove compliance,
we use certified measurement tools, when necessary,
we provide quality certificates to our clients.
We can perform dynamic balancing to ensure
that rotating masses are in line with the required
degrees for every possible application.
We refurbish all types of spindles,
restoring the diameters of bearing seats,
all types of tapers, and any parts requiring
high precision, while maintaining
the original characteristics of the component.
