We can make mechanical parts with a diameter up to a 310mm, for a total length of 1500 mm.

We take care of every phase of the process: material cutting, turning, milling, fitting, heat treatment, external and internal grinding , shrinking of rotors, quality control and balancing.

We work unique components as well as medium size lots, modifying the parts, when possible, even during production. Flexibility helps us to meet customers’ needs also for small lots.

Grooved Shafts:We make milling and grinding shafts, with tolerance required by the customer up to 1550mm in length.
Spindles:Most of our production consists in making main spindles with or without splined profile and with all kind of cone ISO (40,45,50,60 and Big Plus), HSK (40, 50,63,80,100) ASA and Metric.
Sleeves:Sleeves are major components of machine tools. These products require strict form and geometric tolerances and, owing to the chrome plate, their grinding can be very challenging.
Special Accessories:Machine tools can perform various processes, so our clients often require special equipments dedicated to their projects. We can accomplish our customers’ expectations creating unique pieces with added value in terms of quality and service.
Other Products:We produce flanges, Spacers, Hubs Drag, Distributors and various components to support our partners in the complete realization of their products.
